Celtic hero Ange Postecoglou is still looking for work after being sacked by Tottenham.
Tottenham dismissed Postecoglou despite the Celtic icon delivering the Premier League club’s first-ever European trophy last season.
The Europa League win clearly wasn’t enough to satisfy Tottenham owner Daniel Levy and he took the decision to sack the former Celtic manager.
Speaking about Postecoglou, Celtic hero Joe Hart explained to another Hoops legend Martin O’Neill exactly why he ‘absolutely loved’ the Australian during his two years at Parkhead.

Hart enjoyed two years under Ange Postecoglou in which the former England hero won Celtic another domestic treble within his five trophies.
And here, Hart tells Martin O’Neill why he believes the decision to sack Postecoglou was ‘ruthless’.
Hart told talkSPORT [2m 14s], “Look, Sam [Matterface], you know how I feel and obviously Martin, I don’t know if you’re the same, but I loved Ange at my time personally when I was at Celtic with him.
“Absolutely loved him as a person, loved what he did for me as a person, successful, really liked his ways. But I’m not personally attached to what he was doing at Tottenham.
It was risky what he did this year, and we talked about it in commentary and fair play. He stood strong, he said what he was going to do, and he did it.
“And absolutely, I’m so pleased for him what Tottenham did, what Tottenham did as a club, what the players achieved, what the fans achieved, and what Ange achieved.
“But Daniel makes his decisions, that’s what he’s paid to do. He is trying to do what his opinion is best for the club, and that’s football. It’s ruthless.
It’s really, really ruthless. Ange walks out with his head held high.
What Ange Postecoglou said about Joe Hart at Celtic while still Spurs boss
It seems that both Celtic men have a great mutual appreciation for each other. When Postecoglou still managed Spurs, the Australian boss was full of platitudes for the former Celtic goalkeeper.
Postecoglou told TNT Sports, “Outstanding goalkeeper, great human being but above all a great person.
“Privileged to share a dressing room with him and it’s the kind of things that you latch on to in your career.
